the outside garden areas are excellently cared for, adding to the ambience of the hotel, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Oludeniz Tabiat Parki and the beautiful Oludeniz Beach, which is just a short drive away.

The large pool size and well-maintained garden areas added a relaxing vibe to my stay at Pinehill Hotel & Suites.

Some of the bedding and towels had marks or signs of wear, indicating a need for better inventory management in housekeeping.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, really making an effort to ensure that you feel at home while enjoying wonderful food. The two pools offer different vibes, catering to relaxation and entertainment.

Upon arrival, I faced an unwelcoming demeanor from staff, particularly a rude individual at the front desk. Despite my inquiries about the pool, I was met with dismissive comments and told that access to certain amenities was restricted without proper communication about alternatives. the cleanliness of shared areas, particularly the pool, left much to be desired, which significantly marred my experience.

Great location, friendly staff, enjoyed the jacuzzi and full body massage. Food service was slow.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing garden areas during my week-long stay. The on-site restaurant served a tuna salad that was good. I appreciated the proximity to places for shopping.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that dampened the experience. Noise from nearby rooms disrupted peaceful moments, with loud gatherings reported late into the night. Flies were a nuisance at breakfast, landing on food and raising hygiene concerns. I wasn't the only one feeling like a game of musical rooms had left me with an unsuitable accommodation initially. Some rooms were also hit or miss with cleanliness, and I noticed that not all guests received equal attention regarding maintenance—one friend's shower went out of order. Lastly, there seemed to be a real problem with managing guest access to pools, leading to overcrowding that detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.

Had a nice stay, but the aircon was as dodgy as. The food was choice though, especially the breakfast omelettes!

I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious deluxe double room and indulging in the amazing full-body massage. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after each day. I did wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in the room. 🌞

It was just a great match for a brief stop-in in Oludeniz with good value. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Cleanliness was top-notch. the breakfast views were breathtaking! The staff were always attentive, keeping us happy and ensuring we had everything we needed. The chill pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink.
